~Welcome Everyone!~

The purpose of this fan club is for those who love of Memoirs of a Geisha or anyone who likes geisha culture and kimonos!

~Joining~

If you would like to join the club, please send us a note with a subject of Join. Make sure you also add us to your friends by devwatching us. We'll add you to our members list then! Also, to promote the club, we ask that you please add us to the bottom of your journal by using :icon Eternal-Geisha : (without the spaces).

~Submitting Artwork~

We are open to submissions of artwork as well so you can share with everyone else that loves Memoirs of a Geisha. Please send us a note with the link to your piece and we'll post it for you. Also, the club does not allow comments or favs on the pictures posted here, so anyone viewing the picture will be refered to your original picture on your deviantArt account. Credit is given where credit is due!

:new: So I'm thinking we should have another contest before the end of the year, but I'm not sure what the theme should be. Let's have you all pick the theme! If you have an idea for a contest theme, please send a note to the club with your idea before November 30, 2007, and I'll choose one of the ideas for the contest in December. You may submit any theme that can somehow be tied to kimonos or Geisha. Example: Kimono-Lovers is having a contest right now where you design a kimono with an African theme on it. We will not be copying their theme, but that's just an example of something you could submit. You are welcome to go check out their contest though or become a member! ~KIMONO-LOVERS And remember, there is no such thing as a stupid idea, so please, submit any idea you may have! Thanks!
